10. Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in your individual service agreement. General payment policies include:

Final payment is due when the work is complete and approved by the customer.
Accepted payment methods include check, credit card, and electronic transfer.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as allowed by Idaho law.

11. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice at no charge.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit.
We may reschedule because of weather conditions (rain, extreme heat, high winds) that could affect paint quality.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.

12. Warranty

Boise Paint Pros provides a workmanship warranty on all completed painting projects. Specific warranty terms are included in your service agreement. General warranty conditions include:

Warranty covers peeling, flaking, or blistering caused by improper application.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, structural movement, moisture intrusion, or acts of nature.
Warranty is valid only for the original customer at the original property.
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.

Manufacturer warranties on paint products are separate and subject to the manufacturer's terms.

13. Proprietary Rights

All Website content, including text, images, logos, trademarks, and copyrights, belongs to Boise Paint Pros or its licensors. Using the Website does not give you any ownership rights.

Photos of completed projects shown on the Website are the property of Boise Paint Pros and may not be reproduced without permission.
